StreamSeason Privacy Policy

Information we collect

StreamSeason stores the sports, teams, services, reminders, and preferences you select so we can deliver a personalized watch guide. If you create an account, we also store your account identifier, email address, and profile settings (such as ZIP code and timezone) so your setup can sync across devices.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide core product functions, including schedule filtering, watch availability guidance, reminders, and coverage/strategy recommendations. We may also use limited analytics events to understand product usage and improve reliability and user experience.

Authentication and account access

Google OAuth and email magic links are used only for authentication and account restoration. StreamSeason does not request access to your Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or unrelated Google account data.

Third-party processors

StreamSeason uses Supabase for authentication and account persistence, Stripe for paid upgrades, and PostHog for product analytics when configured. These providers process only the data needed to perform their services.

Data retention

We retain account and preference data while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights and choices

You may request updates or deletion of your account data, or ask questions about consent and privacy practices, by contacting us at streamseasonapp@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

StreamSeason is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page.
