StreamSeason Terms of Service

Service description

StreamSeason helps users track sports schedules, watch availability, and subscription coverage. Availability data can change, and StreamSeason does not guarantee that any listed event, service, or price will remain accurate at all times.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for using your account lawfully and for keeping access to your login provider secure. Free accounts are intended to save your teams, services, and reminders across devices.

Paid features

Paid upgrades, when offered, are processed through Stripe. Billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and payment handling are governed by the checkout flow shown at purchase time.

Acceptable use

You may not use StreamSeason to interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse other users' data. You also may not use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.

Intellectual property

StreamSeason, including its software, branding, and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

StreamSeason is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy of third-party schedule or rights data, or availability of any specific stream.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamSeason and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the security or integrity of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of StreamSeason after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state where the service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
